Terms and Conditions for Beyond Decor-N-Rental

Welcome to Beyond Decor-N-Rental. By accessing or using our website and rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Beyond Decor-N-Rental provides event rental services, including but not limited to décor items, furniture, linens, and accessories for events. Rental items are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon completion of the booking process and receipt of payment.

1. Booking: All rentals must be booked through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
2. Payment: A deposit of half is required at the time of booking. Other half payment is due on the day of the event dated.
3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card.
4. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

1. Customer Cancellation: 
   • Cancellation made 5 days before the event: Full refund of deposit.
   • Cancellation made within 1-4 days of the event: 25 % of the deposit will be forfeited.

1. Company Cancellation: Beyond Decor-N-Rental reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be provided in such cases.

1. Delivery and Setup: Delivery and setup times will be agreed upon at booking. The customer is responsible for providing accurate location details.
2. Late Returns: Late returns of rental items may incur additional charges.
3. Damage or Loss: Customers are responsible for the repair or replacement cost of any damaged or lost items during the rental period.

1. Rental items must be used for their intended purpose and handled with care.
2. No modifications or alterations are allowed without prior written consent from Beyond Decor-N-Rental.

1. Beyond Decor-N-Rental is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use of rental items.
2. Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and safety regulations during the rental period.

All content, including images, designs, and text on the website, is the property of Beyond Decor-N-Rental. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Customer information will be collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Beyond Decor-N-Rental reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
